Spring Break {Hilton Head} - Part 1

One night this is how we found the kids sleeping - so sweet!

The water wasn't to cold for them!

These kids LOVE each other!

Model

Matthew's turn...

Now Drew...

And we can't leave out the big guy, Will!

Drew looks up to his big cousin Will so much - it is so sweet!

Phil's annual "Big Hole Dig"

Looks like he is on Bay Watch

Twin Love

Of course we had to have the funny pics - so here is Drew!

And Blakely!

And Matthew!

These three really play well together.

They must have ran in and out of the water a thousand times.

I don't know what this picture is about but it cracks me up - it is just Blakely's typical attitude/personality.  Check out the bathing suit.  I think we need a smaller one.

They were done with picture by this time and they were ready to head to the pool.

Headed to dinner...

All dressed up!

Cousins!!!

CRAZY cousins!

Drew got stung by a jellyfish - poor Drew but he did a great job NO tears!
As your can see from part 1 of our pictures we had a great time!  We headed to Hilton Head Island for Spring Break with the whole clan (Me, Phillip, Blakely, Drew, Catherine, Phil, Will, Matthew, Clara Lynn, Ed, and Nanny).  We stayed Sunday to Sunday.  The weather was great all but one day and that day we took the kids bowling so it worked out perfect.  Each day we would head out to the beach with chairs, umbrellas, toys, snacks, drinks, etc.... and the kids would play and play and play.  Eventually of course they would get hungry as all that swimming and playing makes you do so the Mom's would head in to make lunch so we could picnic on the beach.  The kids loved that.  Then they would play and play and play some more and somewhere around 4ish we would head in to the pool and let them play their a while before heading in to get ready for dinner.  Hilton Head has some of the best restaurants so dinner is one of our favs.  This trip we ate at Bonefish, Frankie Bones (twice!), One Hot Mama's, Giuseppe's, Crazy Crab and one night Phillip did a shrimp bowl.  The food was all so YUMMY!  Of course a couple of nights we had to head out for ice cream.  This is a beach tradition.  The kids were all so well behaved.  They played very good together and often times I had to actually get up and go talk to the them on the beach because they just loved playing together in the sand and water.  It made this trip SO easy.  As you can see from above we think Drew got stung by a jellyfish.  They were everywhere.  It hurt him and he still has a mark over a week and a half later but he was a big, brave boy and didn't even shed a tear.  Way to go Drew!  Well - more on part 2...
