VBS 2012

This week we are at Vacation Bible School!  We are having a great time.  This year since Maya is a little older we invited her and she is having a great time and I know her cousins are really LOVING having her attend with them.  Also due to Quinn and Jim's schedule it just worked easier if she just spent the night with us so she spent two nights with us this week and we had a lot of fun with her.  The theme this year is a "Trust God", sky, airplane, God is watching over you, etc...  The kids are really loving all the music, dancing, singing, playing, crafts, snacks, movie, etc...  It has been a great week.  Thank you so much First Pres for putting on such a wonderful event for these little ones.  They are LOVING it! 
 

Happy Father's Day!

Happy Father's Day!  For Father's Day we went to church and then after church we headed over to Mom and Dad's for a nice swim and cookout.  The food was really yummy complete with steak, corn on the cob, fruit salad, regular salad, cake, etc... yummy!!!  After eating we headed over for a swim - of course the kids favorite part.  They swam and swam and swam until I don't think they could keep their eyes open.  We had a great day. 
 

Congrats Katie and Dave!

Last Saturday evening we headed to Newnan to Katie and Dave's house to celebrate their recent wedding.  I am so happy for the two of them.  They seem so happy and excited to take on this new chapter in their lives.  They had a beautiful home and a great party.  The best thing they did was rent a jumpy slide thing for the kids and that was wonderful.  It kept the kids entertained the entire time.  Thank you so much Katie and Dave for inviting us we had a great time and again Congratulations!!!!
 

Happy Birthday Rex!

Saturday morning we went to Rex's birthday party at a horse stable.  It was a cute party - the kids got to take a couple pony rides, play games, eat cupcakes, etc...  It was a lot of fun.  Thank you for inviting us we had a great time!
