Happy Valentine's Day!

For Valentine's Day since we went to the circus we really didn't get the kids much.  Actually I just have them a few things we had bought on clearance after Valentine's Day last year.  They don't know and they loved it all the same.  We met Quinn a few days before Valentine's and she gave the kids the crazy straws.  They LOVED them.  I think they must have drank at least a gallon of water playing with those straws.  It is amazing somebody didn't have an accident in the night! ha ha  I totally forgot to take a picture of their school valentine's this year.  Oh well - Blakely gave notepads and pencils to the girls with a note that said "You are write for me!"  She gave the boys Bonka Zonks that said "You make me go Bonka Zonk!"  Drew gave the girls Lego Jewelry and he gave the boys Lego Cars - his said "You are friend I don't want to ever LEGO of!"

It was a great day!

Happy Valentine's Day!

Happy Valentine's Day!  As you can see we are all dressed up and ready for the day.  These kiddos were SO excited about Valentine's Day - you would have thought it was Christmas.  They woke up bright and early and kept asking and asking and asking - "Is today Valentines?"  They were SO excited when I said YES!  They were glad to wear their Valentine's clothes and they were really excited about all their Valentine's goodies at school.  I have a crazy busy Valentine's at school due to the fact that I help run the school store which does lots and lots of order to say the least on Valentine's day so I wasn't able to make it over to their party so Phillip went instead.  (Thanks DAD!)  They were so excited to see him.  When I asked them about it after school Blakely told me "He even kissed us both goodbye!" and Drew said "There were only like 3 parents and one was our Dad!"  So sweet!  Anyway - at the party they ate lots of yummy food (sweets, sweets and more sweets!) and they traded their Valentine's.  When they got to Grammy's after school she let them all dump out their goodies on a towel and check out everything they got.  They were SO excited!  I love little ones when they are so excited - it is just so cute!  We also got the Twins a little something.  We got them some slippers, candy, and Lego people.  They have been asking for slippers forever so they loved them.  Nanny also sent them a card and a box of chocolates and Grandma and Papa sent them a card with money since they are out of town.  Of course the money was to buy legos!  The new fav around our house.  The Westbook's got them Valentine's PEZ and last but not least Grammy had a Valentine's Day party for them after school complete with balloons, red snacks, gifts and all.  They were so happy!  I think Valentine's Day was a success.  As far as Phillip and I go we didn't get to go on our traditional evening out since my "babysitters" are out of town so we settled for a family dinner at Fabino's - fun, fun!  No really - we plan on going out while we are in Hilton Head next week.  Phillip got me new charms for my Pandora bracelet.  I love them - he did a great job picking them out.  I got him the ultimate man gift - a case of beer - and the tag read: "I love you BEERy much!"  He loved it!  Guys are just really hard to buy for when it comes to Valentine's Day.  It is really more a girl holiday.

You ROCK!

Here is a pic of Blakely's valentine's for her class.  She was really excited to bring these to school and share these with her friends.  Maybe not as excited as Drew but after making all those robots I had to go with something a little easier for her.  Sorry - B!  I think she will like it once she gives it a try!

I like you a BOT!

Here are Drew's class valentine's!  He was SOOOOO excited to bring them to school and share them with his friends.  Thank you to Pinterest for another GREAT idea!

You are "Berry" Sweet!

Happy Valentine's! Finally...Here are Blakely's valentine's that she will be giving to her classmate tomorrow at their valentine's day party. She is so excited about them. She sat beside me the entire time I made them. She is definitely going to be my little crafting buddy! Anyway - I made these with my Silhouette (Have I told you how much I LOVE it!). The tag says - You are "Berry" Sweet! Happy Valentine's Day! Love, Blakely Lester and inside they have a strawberry fruit by the foot. I hope the kiddos like them. They are just soooo cute!

Drew's Valentines

Drew's Valentine's for his classmates!

This is for the boys...

Zooming by to wish you a...

Happy Valentines - Love Drew!

This is for the girls...

Of course - all pink and girly! He knows how his sister likes it!

Every girl likes a new hairbow!
Happy Valentine's! This is what Drew is going to give his classmates for Valentine's. We decided to give something other than candy since they get a lot of it. He knew from having a sister in the house that hairbows for the girls would be perfect and what little boy doesn't like a new car - so that is exactly what we did. I hope they like it. We are not quite done with Blakely's Valentine's but we will post as soon as we are.
